Push Back Pallet Racking

Push back pallet racking is an innovative racking system designed to allow simple access but to store pallets at depths of up to 4 deep.

Push Back Pallet Racking

Push back racking allows fast pallet access and gives up to 25% more storage capacity by getting more pallets into the storage area. The system is ideal for load marshalling and bulk storage and handling. All lanes can be accessed from the aisle at any time, irrespective of the storage level, and up to four loads can be stored in each lane.

Pallets are loaded in sequence onto wheeled carriers, which are 'pushed back' on steel guide channels utilising the full depth of the racking. Each load in the depth can be identified by track mounted 'flags' located on the access face. When a pallet is retrieved, this triggers the remaining pallets to roll to the front of the rack ready for removal.
